🎓 Head Questions

1. What are the three realities (three "L's") about Jesus that the resurrection signifies, according to Luke? Where in the passage are these derived from?
2. The women who came to the tomb heard the news of the resurrection, and then remembered what Jesus had said beforehand, and believed, and then proclaimed the news themselves, to the apostles. Do you see that from the text? Thinking about other texts from the Bible, how is this a template for discipleship?
3. Note that "He has risen" is in the passive tense, meaning Someone Else raised Jesus from the dead - God. Why did God raise Jesus from the dead?

1. How do you feel about the resurrection? Why is that? Is that different than how you sense you should feel about it?
2. Why do we look for "life" among "the dead" - among things that will not last? What needs to change in our hearts about that? 
3. Jesus shares his glory with those who come to him for life. How do you feel about how that played out with the women from Galilee?
